Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group's shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.YOUR MISSIONSYou will join the Payroll department at CMA-CGM, under the responsibility of the social management control ARH-Payroll. You will contribute to process improvement, ensure the monitoring of agreements in force, analyze the quality of data used in the HRIS and payroll software, and produce reports. You will coordinate necessary actions following the transmitted reports and participate in the department's animation.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will monitor operational agreements, control time tracking, and take necessary actions with BPRH and Payroll Managers.
- You will calculate and verify payroll variables.
- You will update HR indicators and post-payroll reports.
- You will manage and monitor ARH/Payroll actions (contracts, renewals, absences, sick leave, medical visits, provident fund).
- You are studying social management control, management control, or an equivalent degree.
- You are comfortable with office tools and HRIS.
- You have a sense of service, are organized, rigorous, and discreet.
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
- Autonomous and proactive, you can juggle multiple tasks.
