
Product Assistant EMEA

- Manage the end-to-end product code setup process, including uploading data to SharePoint, submitting requests through internal portals, and proactively following up with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure the regular upkeep of product and supplier data, maintaining data accuracy and ownership across systems.
- Support the team with regulatory documentation requests such as SDS, Sales Specs, TDS, LTSD, and other technical files.
- Maintain and update monthly/quarterly purchase pricing in Q, implementing adjustments based on supplier changes and market conditions.
- Coordinate the monthly transfer price updates and provide clear pricing guidance to the central supply chain team to ensure the price integrity in SAP
- Handle supplier quality complaints by initiating cases in SAP, coordinating investigations with internal partners (Regulatory, Commercial, Operations) and suppliers, and ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
- Oversee the new supplier onboarding process by coordinating and validating all incoming data to ensure a smooth setup.
- Bachelor's degree minimum (Communication, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) or equivalent professional experience in a corporate work environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP is nice to have.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.
- You have strong proficiency in English, and a good level in French can be a valuable asset.
- Strong business acumen with a growth mindset, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills, along with a collaborative approach to working across different functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
