This person would assist me on ensuring the compliance of our products and services with applicable laws and regulations, and notably:
  • Identify and analyze regulatory risks related to the company's products and services
  • Help developing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with legal, business, and operational teams to ensure compliance of new projects.
  • Conduct audits and internal controls to verify the application of standards and legal obligations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or compliance officer, preferably in a media or digital / tech company, or as a lawyer specialized in digital sector.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of French and European regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, digital services regulation, consumer law). * Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong drafting and communication abilities (fluent in both French and English).
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
