
IT End User Service Director

- Oversee Level 1-3 support, service desk, and asset management
- Drive adoption of digital collaboration tools (M365, Windows, Adobe…)
- Lead vendor strategy and contract negotiations
- Manage and develop international support teams
- Implement ITSM best practices and governance
- 10+ years of IT service management experience in international environments
- Strong command of ITIL, digital workplace technologies, and sourcing strategy
- A strategic, hands-on leader who builds effective, multicultural teams
- Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English (C1+); additional languages welcome
