
Trade Marketing & PR/Influence Intern - Clé de Peau Beauté

- Consolidate regional monthly reports to be shared with brand holder based in Tokyo and internally will all stakeholders
- Highlight the ultra-premium beauty EMEA market insights, including trade, press & influence best practices
- Assist with internal brand events preparation (global, regional, press day, brand week)
- Liaise with local affiliates in their daily operational requests
- Provide regular comprehensive gross/retail sales performance analysis, alongside with bespoke analytical studies to support the EMEA business (beauty category deep dive based on panels)
- Contribute to the 360° activation plan, develop relevant collaterals for the region (both digital & print), adapt global assets to support the launches in a B&M and e-retail environment
- Coordinate with the creative team the roll out of global visual guidelines reflecting EMEA trade marketing priorities
- Follow up on novelty innovation plan and ensure best-in-class trade execution in the affiliates for P1 launches
- Liaise with the markets to consolidate and deliver a synthetic analysis of print and digital press results across the EMEA region
- Assist in the creation of communication tools (press release, campaign guidelines, etc.) and follow-up with the agencies/freelancers
- Participate in establishing influence campaigns and ensure the roll out
- Prepare and ensure the sending of shopping bags for press and influence
- You have a first experience in marketing or communication (brand or agency)
- You are at ease with data and show a strong analytical spirit.
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous, with a strong sense of organization, you can handle several projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills; you are agile and demonstrate adaptation capacity in a fast paced and international environment.
- You have a strong knowledge of Office Suite (proficient with Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken & written)
