
Social and Environmental Auditor Trainee

- Successfully complete our 6-8 months auditor training to learn how to conduct audits
- Progressively become more autonomous and receive APSCA registration
- Travel within Europe and Asia as needed to perform Audits in different locations (Turkey, Cambodia, India, Vietnam etc...). Travel expenses are of course fully covered by QIMA.
- Gain actual field experience
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Law / Labour Law / Environmental Law / Health & Safety or equivalent.
- a good command of English and French (spoken and written), any additional European language a plus;
- excellent communication skills, high level of conscientiousness, strong sense of rigor, curiosity.
- a problem solving mindset to turn challenges into solutions with a high level of energy, dynamism and motivation
- strong perception and logical thinking: you will need to be able to analyze situations in order to identify problems, understand their root causes, and determine the best course of action based on objective facts and figures;
- high level of diplomacy and tenacity: you will need to facilitate communication with manufacturing sites, while remaining focused on achieving our clients' objectives;
- high level of professionalism: as a representative of both QIMA and our clients, the highest degree of ethics and professionalism in communication and attitude is a must.
- willingness to travel and work in an international context.
