
Global Social Media Manager (American English-speaking role, B2B FinTech)

Sidetrade is hiring a Global Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence on social media, and shape how the world sees our company. We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling and strategy, equally obsessed with performance metrics and punchy copy, with a feed-worthy eye for design. You’ll be the digital face of a fast-growing AI-powered B2B SaaS company and the creative force behind our daily posts, visuals, and community-building efforts.What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Sidetrade’s global presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Medium, and Glassdoor (from content planning and publishing to engagement and performance tracking)
- Write, design, and post scroll-stopping content (from exec spotlights and customer stories to video snippets, carousels, motion graphics, and more)
- Translate product news, company moments, though leadership, and complex B2B finance topics into engaging narratives people want to share
- Empower our teams to become confident brand ambassadors through Sociabble (via shareable content, toolkits, and hands-on training)
- Engage with journalists, analysts, influencers, clients, investors, and partners to amplify our voice and safeguard our e-reputation
- Partner with sales, marketing, HR, and execs to elevate their social presence with expert guidance and editorial coaching
- Monitor mentions, moderate comments, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize based on performance data
- 3+ years of experience in social media, with a strong focus on B2B in tech or agency environment
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in American English
- Ability to turn complex financial and business stories into engaging, digestible content for our core audience: CFOs from large enterprises
- Proven track recording managing B2B social media calendars and campaigns
- Past ownership of an employee advocacy program (Sociabble or similar)
- A strong visual sense and hands-on design ability (Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent)
- Experience producing or editing social-first video and visual content – bonus if you shoot or animate
