- You will act as a key enabler for the team, helping engineers navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and make fast yet thoughtful decisions that balance short-term outcomes and long-term goals.
- You will play a central role in promoting a data-informed engineering culture: defining and tracking quality metrics, improving delivery workflows, and embedding visibility tools that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- You will lead technical and organizational initiatives to ensure the long-term scalability and reliability of our mobile stack, including managing technical debt, aligning on architecture with Tech Leads, and enforcing performance and maintainability standards across the board.
- You will align the team with Yubo's values and strategic direction, fostering a strong sense of purpose and shared ownership within the iOS team and across functions (Product, Design, Backend, QA...).
- You will actively contribute to process improvement and team efficiency, using feedback and best practices to scale a high-performing engineering organization.
- You will grow, retain and recruit top talent, ensuring each team member is supported through clear expectations, constructive feedback, and tailored career development.
- Finally, you will take part in managing the full lifecycle of your team: from onboarding and ramp-up to internal mobility and performance coaching, helping each team member thrive while we scale our mobile ambitions.
