- Develop and maintain machine learning models for predicting LTV, churn, and player segmentation
- Collaborate with the user acquisition team to optimize acquisition spend and improve ROAS predictions using model insights
- Partner with game designers to analyze gameplay data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support A/B testing and feature iteration
- Create intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports, using Looker Studio or similar, to surface key insights across the company
- Design and interpret experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact
- Help define and improve the data modeling layer, using dbt and BigQuery, to support analytics and ML use cases.
- 4+ years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Experience with LTV prediction, retention modeling, or similar applications in gaming, apps, or e-commerce
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery, dbt, or other modern data stack tools
- Solid Python skills for building and deploying ML models
- Comfort working with visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- A deep understanding of data from mobile games, apps, or B2C consumer products
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
