- Co-create and adapt campaign assets to promote strategic programs to customers in France and Benelux
- Review existing metrics to assess campaign performance, channel preferences, and message efficiency, recommending campaign improvements based on critical metrics.
- Implement a coordinated plan across multiple platforms with collaborators/customers/partners/team members for the hub based on strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively to contribute to Marketing Plan preparation.
- Audit the current infrastructure, contents, database, and tools to support content creation and campaign design for the hub.
- Drive market research activities to increase customer insights.
- Manage MLR approval process and localization process.
- Work with Agencies on asset production and campaign optimization.
- Onboard, drive, and deploy lead generation and handling framework with Sales, from campaign inception to qualified lead handover.
- Facilitate regular, meaningful communications among internal collaborators, management, and sales team.
- Monitor marketing activities budget and report monthly to Senior Omnichannel Manager.
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree level qualification or equivalent with 3 years’ Sales & Marketing experience including MedTech Industry.
- Marketing & Digital Communication expert with strong CRM Skills (Salesforce).
- Experience in campaign design and content creation.
- Data analytics.
- Proficient in English and French.
