- You manage the entire sourcing system (social networks, corporate site, cooptation, school relations, headhunting) and proactively identify innovative practices with the aim of attracting as many of the best talents in the market as possibleYou conduct interviews, support your candidates through the process with regular feedback, and manage the decision-making process until job offers are secured, highlighting our HR policy by ensuring the selectivity of recruitments and the absence of false promises.
- Finally, you manage the probation period follow-up of the new joiners you have recruited, guaranteeing the success of the onboarding process and a positive employee experience.
- You are responsible for developing the visibility and attractiveness of Wavestone among students, recent graduates, and alumni from top engineering schools, business schools, and universities. You develop the campus management action plan with relevant operational actions and drive performance in terms of recruitments and talent pool of futurs candidates. For this, you need to know the school, the competitors present, the trends, and align campus strategy with Wavestone's recruitment priorities.
- You establish strong relationships with all key contacts (school Directors, corporate relations Managers, student or alumni association board members, teachers, etc.) in top schools. You mobilize key internal resources to challenge the school strategy, to support the organization of actions and to directly engage with students or shool administration.
- You are the firm's ambassador and organize actions on campuses like mentorship program, open days, recruitment forums, hackathons, educational partnership to attract students, recent graduates and Alumni. You also use social media and professional platforms to promote our actions.
- Graduated from top Business schools
- Successful 1st experience in Talent acquisition
- Analytical, with ease in thinking outside the box, and solution- and goal-oriented rather than process-oriented, demonstrating self-control and resilience
- Trustful relationships with any type of interlocutors, ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both orally and in writing (clarity and simplicity)
- Agility and flexibility in the way of working and in organization : desire to work on multiple topics simultaneously, ability to prioritize, and manage short- and medium-term deadlines.
