The candidate's main task will consist in supporting the operations of the different elements of the satellite's Electrical Ground System Equipment (EGSE) including:
- Preparation of installation and validation procedures, connection ground/satellite modules
- Support the Avionic Coordinator for the first EGSE installation, including:
- First execution, validation of EGSE installation & validation
- First execution, validation and maintenance of EGSE connection and disconnection
- Test-aids validation (first validation)
- Support Avionic Coordinator for validation at first delivery, or after moving or upgrading EGSE,
- Configuration management
- First level of issue investigation on EGSE
- Maintenance
- Upgrades when necessary.
- First execution, validation of connection/disconnection procedures and electrical
- integration procedures,
- Update of connection/disconnection procedures and electrical integration procedures,
- Preparation of electrical integration Work Order
- Participation to daily AIT workflow for avionic test activities
- Coordination / Follow-up of avionic test activities on Avionic Model and Proto-Flight Model,
- test activities (Work Order) closure, and test results delivered
- First level of investigation in case of issue during AIT electrical operation
- First level of support for operation (on call).
- Coordination between AIT operations and the test engineering team
- Training of Avionic Operators
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, as English is the working language
- Good programming skills.
- Knowledge of the verification approach, and of the S/C technical domains under test
- For EGSE support: good knowledge in electronics and SW domains – ideally EGS-CC
- For database support: good knowledge of database tools.
- Knowledge of the EGSE and bench architecture, network infrastructures, verification approach.
- Experience in satellite AIT activities is needed.
- Good knowledge in UNIX/Linux/Windows usage and Jira tool.
- Knowledge of ECSS and CDM or other TM/TC definition data bases would be an asset.
- In the particular domain of Power and Instrument tests, due to the criticality of the subsystem and related activities (i.e. battery charging, specific test under limit power conditions ...), a specific experience in power-related AIT would be a plus.
- French highly desirable.
- The candidates have to be willing to undertake some few business travel during test phases.
- Candidates have to undergo a basic security screening during the application process (e.g. formal statement of good conduct, issued by an official government entity; reference persons) and security clearance to enter customer premises
- Permanent contract (CDI) based on French labor law conditions.
