- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Update and generate dashboards, perform analyses, and provide relevant assessments to support decision-making.
- Participate in product destruction operations in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of distribution providers in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines.
- Contribute to managing and maintaining strong relationships with distribution providers through active communication and collaboration.
- Analyze current practices and propose strategies for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining supply chain operations.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure alignment of supply needs with operational planning.
- Participate in team meetings, actively contribute, and document key discussions and action points.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master's in progress).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working on dashboards or data analyses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and external vendors.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory requirements is an advantage
