- Build a deep understanding of market’s local business & activation context: Provide recommendations on full-funnel, cross-levers activation strategies (media, retail media, CRM, SEO).
- Be the main point of contact for activation topics for local marketing and e-commerce teams activating global when needed & fuel central and agencies teams with markets practices, learnings and needs.
- Support markets in designing Media/e-comm best practices with scalability & impact prioritization mindset
- Track and optimize Group Media practices for both D2C & B2B2C
- Ensure the adoption of a proper performance monitoring culture on each pillar of the digital.
- Ensure a proper understanding on the key priorities to activate and the impact on the business.
- Circulate best practices among markets/regions. Develop a test a learn culture; scaling successful POC: Provide support on best-in-class media execution to local Consumer activation teams.
- Trainings: Ensure local capabilities are up to date with the evolution of the industry/activation landscape.
- Ensure a proper circulation of the local needs to all the internal stakeholders (CRM, social, SEO etc.) and that the expert’s roadmap are well fed and impact driven.
- External partners management:
- First discussion with the Media & Digital Marketing Run Director and recruitment teams,
- Followed by a meeting with the Consumer Market Activation Director
