
IP Solution Manager

- Introduce new Huawei IP solutions to the market, including IDN, Agile Network, Switching, Wi-Fi, IP Routers, IP/MPLS Solutions, and Network Optimization Solutions.
- Develop new solution propositions, drive solution development for various customers, and create new techno-commercial models.
- Develop and own TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), business benefits, and business cases for solution propositions.
- Provide technical and business analysis to enhance the competitiveness of Huawei products and solutions in the market.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Switching/Routing/IP-MPLS/Wi-Fi in consulting and presales (techno-commercial roles).
- Experience in the Transportation, Manufacturing, or Carrier Resale verticals, or experience with key partners is preferred.
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong customer-facing capabilities with excellent negotiation and consulting skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with significant experience in project bidding are highly valued.
- Ability to work in an international environment with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-growing organization.
- Industry certifications such as Cisco/Huawei/HP/Juniper are a plus.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong industry awareness with the ability to identify new opportunities by analyzing industry trends.
- Ability to engage in high-level discussions with industry organizations and promote industry consensus.
- Strong customer communication and influence skills.
