- Assist in organizing the activities of the Run by providing action tracking, tracking for all offices,
- Assisting in providing documentation to follow our AV standard (knowledge base document, user guides),
- Understand the context of the Audiovisual Scope and follow the strategy,
- Provide KPIs with Service Now Export with incident and request analysis,
- Provide support if necessary for the meeting room at headquarters,
- Assist the Global Audiovisual Manager in having recurring communication with a specific department and hierarchy,
- Continuous improvement to have a good end-user experience,
- End-user support - Change management: support for improving the end-user experience (video user guide, auditorium management)
- O365: Suite with a solid knowledge of Excel (macro formula, pivot table),
- Data analyst (providing KPIs in a Power BI),
- Spirit of synthesis,
- General knowledge of computer science,
- Knowledge of ITIL (Service Now),
