The Boucheron style, free and daring, never ceases to invent the classics of tomorrow.Job DescriptionAs the Marketing and Merchandising Manager, you are the key business partner for markets and boutiques, ensuring product performance through data-driven merchandising and marketing strategies. You lead the implementation of international product launches and adapt it to local market needs. You drive regular merchandising analysis to optimize assortments, stock rotations, and product visibility. You ensure boutique assortments are aligned with store typology, sales trends, and HQ guidelines. As the key contact, you coordinate closely with HQ and market teams to ensure seamless execution. You manage High-End (HJ/FJ) business, including stock planning, event product selection, and post-event performance reviews. You also support boutique openings with tailored merchandising strategies. Overall, you are the local ambassador of the International Marketing team, leading marketing and merchandising decisions in the objective of driving brand success.ResponsibilitiesMarketing:
  • Develop and update reporting tools
  • Provide clear marketing analysis on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis for Management, Headquarter and sales teams and upon request
  • Conduct constant market intelligence surveillance, monitoring competition launches, market pricing as well as overall marketing strategies
  • Report to International Marketing team all necessary feedback on product offer and needs
  • Elaborate and follow-up sales budget (value and volume) per product line for each network
  • Size sales forecast for all product lines at a market level in line with sales budget
Merchandising:
  • Drive retail store typology alignment across the market, defining product offer (HJ, FJ, JW, WA) per boutique. Be a strategic partner between market and HQ by making data-driven recommendations based on key indicators such as client nationality mix, in-store traffic, sales trends, and competitive environment.
  • Align core business assortments (JW + WA) in line with the Maison’s growth ambitions, HQ guidance, and boutique-specific performance KPIs. Ensure assortments are relevant, balanced, and tailored to local market needs and boutique potential.
  • Actively contribute to agile assortment reviews, proposing product rebalancing and strategic push-pull actions based on sell-out trends, market/channel dynamics, and boutique performance. Ensure market performance aligns with HQ-defined KPIs and assortment strategy.
  • Act as a key link between HQ and retail network, ensuring strong alignment in messages, priorities, and execution: Conduct regular store visits to capture qualitative feedback, assess VM execution, review model stocks, and identify immediate action plans to boost commercial performance.
  • Coordinate product offers and assortment for new store openings and renovations. Work closely with the local Visual Merchandising teams to ensure flawless in-store implementation in line with product strategy.
High End management (HJ/FJ) :
  • Ensure effective stock rotation and availability for High-End products, in line with HQ guidelines, to optimize visibility and sales potential in the market
  • Maintain a consistent flow of communication with stores, to ensure successful strategic product launches for annual collections and Signatures. Foster business growth by sharing product, visual and training assets in a timely manner and making them easily accessible for retail needs.
  • Coordinate and follow up on client’s submission, reservations, and viewing request accuracy, ensuring reliability of information and smooth coordination with HQ to support invoicing objectives.
  • Co-align product selections for High-End events, in collaboration with HQ, aligning with commercial goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor event requests coordinating the planning, organization, and execution of local activations, and international High Jewelry events to ensure optimal product assortments and seamless coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact between retail teams and HQ for High-End product-related matters, including stock needs, special orders etc.
  • Lead post-event analysis to assess the effectiveness of product selections and measure commercial results (conversion, sales, client engagement), identifying learnings and improvement levers.
  • Support the High-End business by preparing quarterly reports on High Jewelry performance, detailing trends, sales, and inventory needs. Track performance and adjust assortments accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
Miscellaneous:
  • Organize and lead key regional commercial events (e.g., Partners Days, Middle East Conventions), acting as the marketing spokesperson and product expert to support impactful product presentations and ensure strategic alignment with brand and market priorities.
  • Coordinate and eventually deliver regional marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Managers Meetings, HJ Committees, International Seminars), acting as the key marketing reference for the region.
  • Anticipate product needs for key commercial and communication moments (e.g., Ramadan shoots, Partners Days, press events), ensuring timely availability and alignment with brand priorities
Who you are:
  • 7+ years in merchandising or Product Marketing within luxury jewelry, watches, or luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools) with the ability to translate data into clear presentations and actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build sustainable relationships with all types of profiles, externally and internally
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Good comment of written and spoken English & regional language; French is a plus.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and commercially driven, with a passion for product excellence.
  • Responsible and hardworking and able to work independently.
  • Degree holder.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management, with proven ability to coordinate across departments (Sales, training, VM, communication) and geographies.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking in front of internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in French.
