Your coordination activities ultimately cover all services necessary for the optimal use of P&ID data by process and engineering departments, Technip Energies centers, or partners within our projects. You are responsible for the quality and integrity of the P&ID databases.After an onboarding/training period within the department, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, and setting up databases in collaboration with the information manager of the project(s).
- Ensuring, with other tool administrators involved in the project, an efficient transfer of information to and from these tools.
- Supporting and advising users.
- Coordinating with IT operations for the architecture supporting these tools.
- Supervising systems, analyzing their performance, and following up on incidents with software vendors.
- Evaluating and implementing new versions in conjunction with related tools.
- Establishing procedures for use in project assignments.
- Developing and implementing new applications for engineering studies.Start date: As soon as possibleYour profile:Holding a minimum Bac +2 diploma (in Chemical Engineering or equivalent), with successful initial experience in an engineering office and a strong interest in IT and project data organization.
You are capable of managing design tasks using SmartPlant P&ID and Aveva Diagrams, and have good knowledge of databases and associated languages, ideally including other tools such as SmartPlant Foundation and Aveva Engineering.
