Internship - Analyst Investment Planning & Controlling (H/F) - Paris

• Preparation of financial performance reports to ExCo and investors
• Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modelling
• Active involvement in the planning process: KPI analysis and consistency check, business planning, data upload, presentation preparation.
• Analyze the gap between actual and budget KPIs of real estate investment activities
• Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures
• Delivery of investment data (e.g. FV of participations) and returns into various financial reports including analysis and proper presentation of the output
• Other miscellaneous analyses based on requests from management/investors.

• You are in a Master's degree program at University, Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance/ Audit and Control.
• You are looking for a 6-month internship.
• You have fundamental knowledge in Finance / Accounting.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English (speaking French and/or Italian is a plus).
• You are proficient in Microsoft office and have advanced skills in Excel and PPT.
• Intellectual curiosity, good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen will be essential qualities for the success of your assignments.
