- Structure and drive project governance, timelines, and change management to enable scalable financial operations.
- Lead the implementation of our new ERP system, from scoping to go-live, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external stakeholders.🔧 Redesign and optimize finance processes
- Own the redesign of core financial processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury Management), aligning tools, workflows, and people to improve efficiency, automation, and control.
- Identify pain points, lead cross-functional workshops, and drive continuous improvement.📊 Structure and industrialize closing & reporting cycles
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings under the PCEC (Plan Comptable des Établissements de Crédit).
- Lead initiatives to accelerate closing timelines while improving data quality, reliability, and traceability.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and develop standard operating procedures.🌍 Support international expansion from a finance systems perspective
- Coordinate the setup of scalable accounting frameworks for new European entities.
- Liaise with local accounting partners to ensure alignment with group processes and ERP integration.🏦 Manage banking accounting and regulatory reporting
- Ensure the integrity of Swan’s banking accounting.
- Supervise reconciliation, manage spread resolution, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations (RUBA/COREP).
- Act as the main point of contact on accounting implications for product and operational topics.🤝 Build and empower a project-driven finance team
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team with a strong project mindset.
- Structure the team to support both day-to-day operations and transformation roadmaps.
- Own hiring, performance management, and talent development within the function.Preferred experience✨ You’re a great match if:
- You have 8+ years of experience in accounting / financial audit (start-up experience is a plus, but not necessary). Additionally, you must have prior experience in a management role.
- You have already worked in an international environment, overseeing branches and subsidiaries (experience with UK is a plus).

- You’re autonomous and proactive: you know how to manage your priorities and are able to adapt to changing conditions.
