Joining Mangopay means you'll be part of a dynamic, flexible, and rapidly growing team.Mangopay is looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to build the best anti-fraud and compliance management platform on the market.About our ProductFraud on the Internet is common. From merely sharing the Spotify's Premium Family plan with friends (policy abuse) to organized crime groups attacking e-commerce sites or stealing money from bank accounts. Our clients trust in Mangopay to increase conversion and prevent fraud.One of Mangopay's specialist areas is fraud prevention and compliance. We protect our customers on every step of their customer's journey - registration, login, payment and dispute resolution - from a variety of risks: payment fraud, policy abuse, account takeover, bots, remote access tools and many others.Our clients are Marketplaces, e-commerces, banks, ride-sharing platforms and many others.We maintain close partnerships with PSPs to provide joint KYC, payments and fraud prevention offers.As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
  • Lead parts of Mangopay's product roadmap. That includes product discovery, backlog refinement, release and product management.
  • Be responsible for enabling our customers to make decisions (both automated and manual) for the purpose of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.
  • Collaborate directly with our incredible engineers, product marketing managers, salespeople, customer success, data science and C-suite to make the marketplace economy a safer place.
  • Educate both salespeople and engineers on Mangopay's value proposition by being a subject matter expert on our platform.
Our ideal product manager will:
  • Have experience in releasing B2B SaaS products in fraud prevention, payments, or AML/KYC and have subject matter knowledge in one of these areas.
  • Be able to solve complex problems, negotiate priorities and communicate in fluent English with our customers, partners and employees.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Technical background is a strong plus
  • Strong capability in both written and verbal English.
