- Scientific IT Service Management: Co-manage the lifecycle of scientific IT services, including deployment, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
- Application Support: Oversee the configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of scientific applications such as LIMS, ELN, and data analysis tools.
- User Engagement: Act as a point of contact for R&D users, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption of IT services.
- Operational Monitoring: Track service performance metrics, manage incidents, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality.
- Technical Coordination: Work with internal and external IT teams to ensure infrastructure compatibility, security, and compliance.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure services align with internal data governance policies and external regulations (e.g., GLP, GCP).
- Documentation & Training: Maintain service documentation and contribute to user training and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management within a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of scientific workflows, data management, and laboratory systems.
- Experience with scientific applications (e.g., LIMS, ELN) and cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of GLP, GCP, and other relevant compliance frameworks is a plus.
- English proficiency: C1 level.
