Global Solution Design Director

- Design standard solutions to penetrate priority market segments
- Articulate the financial and business value of proposed solutions
- Act as the Exotec global expert in a vertical and/or solution type, demonstrating acute technical and business knowledge
- Support Sales teams at the local level and globally with expertise and best practices on solution design
- Review, challenge and improve highly technical and complex offers
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and materials, inclusive of sales enablement, website, etc.
- Organize and facilitate external client advisory board(s) to collect market insights and feedback
- Feed product roadmap for future developments, including software developments
- Identify and select third-party technology partners
- Specify requirements of tools needed to support selling Exotec solutions, inclusive of simulation tools
- Build and lead the team of Global Solution Engineers as dictated by Exotec's successes and needs
- Lead the Sales Engineering function globally
- 10+ years of experience and a proven track record in sales engineering or solutions engineering engineering, with 5+ years of team management
- Extensive knowledge of the warehouse automation, materials handling, logistics/3PL and supply chain industries
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, robotics engineering or related area of study
- Expertise and background in logistics systems sizing and estimating
- A motivation to achieve or exceed sales goals and targets
- Excellent communication skills with a comfort in presenting persuasive messages and deliver engaging presentations
- Full, professional fluency in English
