He/she carries out and coordinates surveys, studies and dashboards to optimize HR performance management.
He/she provides support to the human resources and finance teams.Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Compensation - Participate in defining salary policy, in collaboration with the human resources department - Insure the campaigns at compensation (variableshares, increases, commissioning, etc.), in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Carry out remuneration studies (range revisions, etc.) HR Performance - Produce, monitor and analyze social management and performance indicators (headcount, payroll, turnover, percentage of women, etc.) - Produce social management dashboards and steering tools for its perimeter - Transmit social data to internal stakeholders (finance teams, human resources, etc.) - Produce and coordinate social management reports and surveys (BDES, INSEE surveys, social balance sheet, equality, etc.) - Carry out studies based on requests from line management Drawing up budgets - Help define, monitor and enforce budgetary processes (timetable, etc.), in collaboration with finance teams - Prepare budget items (headcount, payroll, ancillary costs, etc.) in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Ensure budget closures and provisions - Identify and analyze any budget variances (headcount, payroll, etc.) Support - Accompany and support human resources teams (studies, analyses, surveys, budget monitoring, etc.) and alert them where necessary - Carry out internal control of variable compensation components (lump-sum payments, commissions, bonuses, etc.) - Monitor and analyze hours worked (fixed hours, overtime, on-call duty, etc.) and alert, if necessary - Encourage and raise the awareness of business line managers in the management of hours worked by operational teams RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure compliance and quality of social and HR management indicators and reports - Ensure compliance of data entered into business tools - Be a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders - Identify risks and alert in the event of deviation - Contribute to the performance of its perimeter - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) 5 years' higher education in social control, finance or payroll and/or significant experience desirable SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - General knowledge in the field of social management control - General knowledge in the field of payroll - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Intermediate level in English (B1) Behavioral skill(s) - Rigor - Analytical skills - Synthesis skills - Interpersonal skills - Curiosity - Pedagogy - Responsiveness
