He/she contributes to the implementation of additional services (optimization, modifications,etc.).Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Manage project launches (kick-off meetings, documentation, protocols, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders. - Define project deployment schedules, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (manufacturers, customers, internal sales teams, etc.). - Ensure that the AGV solution is deployed and put into production (meetings, schedule updates, etc.), in compliance with contractual commitments, and implement correctiveactions where necessary. - Supervise work and coordinate any service providers to ensure that technical interfaces are properly installed on customer sites - Manage project budgets in accordance with profitability targets set by management - Check the conformity of equipment ordered as part of completed projects - Organize equipment deliveries (factory conformity checks and delivery to customer sites) and related logistics, in coordination with internal stakeholders - Program, parameterize and calibrate equipment based on customer application - Establish, assemble and ensure conformity of the necessary elements (work file, testing, etc.) to project completion - Contribute to sales development by proposing additional services - Prepare and lead training sessions for external users RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION Guaranteeing the deployment and completion of AGV projects (deadlines, compliance) Guaranteeing project profitability Ensure equipment compliance and commissioning quality Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules Be a reference for AGV software (programming and piloting) PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) 5 years' higher education in robotics or engineering and/or significant experience preferred Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) In-depth knowledge of navigation technologies (software, laser, wire-guidance, etc.) In-depth knowledge of project management In-depth product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.) General commercial knowledge (sales, negotiation, customer relations, etc.) General knowledge of IT tools and information systems Advanced level in English (C1) Behavioral skill(s) Good interpersonal skills Thoroughness Analytical skills Teamwork Responsiveness Adaptability Tenacity Update date: September 04, 2023
