The senior statistical programmer will also support in deploying resources effectively on projects.KEY RESPONSABILITIESAct as support statistical programmer on clinical projectsAct as lead statistical programmer on clinical projectsSpecify, program and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasetsSpecify, program and validate the statistical analysis results including analysis datasets, tables, listings and figuresProduce and review CDISC documentationCreate and validate randomization listsEnsure compliance to SOPsReport deviations, KPIs, customer complaints and managing CAPAsProvide supervision on tasks carried out by statistical programmersProvide guidance to programming team members on procedures and technical standardsPrepare and perform internal or external training on statistical programming techniquesIdentify, implement and develop new techniques, solutions, tools and productsIdentify areas for efficiency or process improvementLead internal initiatives to improve department processesCommunicate effectively with internal and external project teamsReport issues to Project Manager/Associate Director in an appropriate timeframeSupport Quality Assurance in internal auditsConduct other statistical programming related activities as requiredDESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEBSc/MSc or equivalent with experience, preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, or MathematicsAt least 3 years of experience in statistical programmingExcellent SAS programming skillsGood R language programming skillsVery good knowledge of principles and techniques for clinical researchGood English communicationGood knowledge of MS Office SuiteTECHNICAL COMPETENCES & SOFT SKILLSTrustworthyAbility to effectively prioritizeAbility to lead teams and delegate tasksQuality focusedWillingness to learnTeam playerProblem solving skillsAnalytical thinkingInnovativeLanguages EnglishEducation Bachelor of Science (BS): Computer and Information Science, Bachelor of Science (BS): Mathematics, Bachelor of Science (BS): StatisticsContract Type Regular
