As we expand in Germany, we are seeking a highly motivated Working Student to support our local market development, operations, and marketing initiatives.Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student at Resilience Care Germany, you will work closely with the General Manager and various cross-functional teams. Your tasks will include:Supporting the General Manager Germany in market development and business expansionAssisting in the planning and execution of local trade fairs and marketing events (including occasional on-site presence)Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-makingSupporting structured data analysis and performance reportingAssisting in the development and localization of marketing materials and digital contentSupporting the Sales and Operations teams in their daily activitiesProviding support for customer relationship management (CRM) tasks in HubSpot: data entry, maintenance, and basic analyticsPreparing presentations and business cases for internal and external stakeholdersYour ProfileEnrolled Master's student (or equivalent) in Economics, Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related fieldFluent in German (C1 or higher) - requiredAdvanced English (B2/C1) - requiredFrench proficiency is a plusStrong interest in healthcare innovation, market development, or health systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plusProactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in teamsWhat We OfferA dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven European healthcare companyExposure to strategic projects and real impact on market entry and operationsFlexible working hours and hybrid setup (Munich & remote)A highly international, supportive, and collaborative team culturePossibility for personal and professional development, including future career opportunities within the companyWorking Hours: 15-20 hours per week
