Position Title: Controller, Manufacturing FRPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time ​Position Location: HarnesRequisition ID: 37175We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manufacturing Controller to lead financial planning, analysis, and control for our French manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, cost analysis, and identifying operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will bring a structured and robust approach to financial analysis, providing insights that drive strategic decisions and improve operational performance.What you’ll be doing.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: You conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and performance metrics. You also deliver meaningful reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: You have the key role in the preparation and assessment of operating budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations. You ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive financial discipline.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: You analyze production and operational costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. You’re the partner with operations and supply chain teams to implement cost control initiatives.
  • Decision Support: You provide high-quality financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. You deliver actionable recommendations to plant management and senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: You develop and implement structured methodologies to enhance financial planning processes and reporting accuracy within the manufacturing function.
  • Compliance & Controls: you ensure financial controls are in place and align with internal policies. Support audits and risk management activities as needed.
  • Financial administration: You daily recording and controlling of plant usages such as consumption, working hours, efficiencies. You’re involved in Month, Quarter and Yearly closing procedures during month end close.
What you’ll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a controlling or related environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Proven ability to perform structured, data-driven analysis with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Fluency in French and English is required
