- Driving the eco-design of innovative ingredients: You will analyze, measure, and improve the environmental performance of new ingredients resulting from advanced research.
- Implementing action plans: You will identify areas for improvement, particularly regarding decarbonization, and contribute to the implementation of action plans. You will collaborate with our suppliers and partners to strategize the collection of necessary data and monitor the implementation of these plans.
- Guaranteeing eco-design: You will ensure that ingredients meet eco-design objectives as soon as they enter the portfolio. You will formulate recommendations and lead action plans to reduce the environmental footprint of ingredients.
- Strategic support: For innovation projects, you will be the interface between the various entities of the Group (R&I, Operations, Communication) and our external partners (suppliers, experts). You will ensure the quality of data and its availability to feed our eco-design tools.
- Monitoring and innovation: You will contribute to scientific watch and participate in the evaluation and development of new LCA approaches and methods.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in chemistry, process engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative data analysis, with a specialization in LCA and in-depth knowledge of carbon footprint methodologies.
- Proficiency in LCA software (Simapro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of LCA principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as sustainable development issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Autonomy, rigor, results-oriented, and strong team spirit.
- Strong aptitude for digital tools and data processing.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional certification in LCA.
- Experience in carbon footprinting or other environmental certifications.
