
Forklift Aftersales Manager - France

- Giving technical support to customers on the aftersales issues.
- Handling of customers’ complaints and warranty cases.
- Planning site visits and attending customer sites in order to carry out, repair forklift with a view to commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and building strong links with customers
- Collecting and sort out aftersales issues, creating regularly service report.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer’s concerns and provide technical support
- Creating the service manual or training files in French language and giving regular trainings to BYD dealers.
- You are living in France
- Having knowledge of Electronic and Mechanical
- More than 1 years of relevant work experience in forklift industry or the similar filed.
- Experienced in resolving and following up on quality issues, etc.
- Good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Able to work and solve issues in critical situation
