
Portfolio Management Officer - Global Engineering & Services

- Understand key frameworks & processes defined by Tech Performance team
- Support product roadmap definition on their scope, sharing insights based on standard approach & tools to relevant Product Owners, Directors & Managers, consolidate overall roadmap for their domain
- Support investment planning on their scope, sharing insights based on global framework & tools to Product Owners, Directors & Managers, consolidate overall investment plan for their domain
- Consolidate overall domain demand Backlog and review it to identify synergies.
- Ensure coordination within the domain and with other domains, including during key meetings (e.g. Portfolio Synchronization)
- Support value metrics & targets definition on their scope, sharing insights based on global guidelines & tools to Product Owners, Directors & Managers.
- Collect Domain Product-related value inputs and consolidate Domain Product Value Reports.
- Drive and facilitate follow-up of plans & targets within their scope, consolidating and sharing insights as needed, leveraging inputs from Tech Performance Officers.
- Connect with the rest of Strategy & Product Portfolio team at key steps to ensure consistency of practices/ decisions
- Identify & mitigate/escalate risks & interdependencies, secure coordination with other PR departments (Finance...)
- Continuously align with Tech Performance Officers to ensure continuous improvement of strategy & portfolio frameworks
- Engage in key animation initiatives within the team & with the rest of tech ecosystem (e.g. Portfolio Synchronization, Demand Backlog Review…)
- You have at least 7 years' professional experience in IT with at least 4 years in portfolio management; Experience in portfolio management of similar projects such as development, integration, infrastructure is highly appreciated
- Mastery of agile methodology & frameworks
- Mastery of Jira
- Fluency in English
- Stakeholders' management & communication / negotiation skills
- Coaching & Advisory experience
- Collaboration & team spirit
- Strong expertise in investment/budget planning & in value realization
- Financial & analytics skills (finance planning & modelling...)
- The GES portfolio officer is able to translate strategic objectives into successful execution through the prioritization of initiatives and programs. Additionally, a good understanding of key operations processes planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement is a requirement.
