
PV Key Account Manager

- Build, manage and enhance the company’s NA (Named Account) sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
- Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry.
- Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /System Integrators and customers.
- Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and Huawei Shenzhen HQ customer workshops, etc.
- Provide outstanding customer support.
- Other duties may be required or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
- Technical background on solar solutions and renewable energy is preferred.
- Sales and business development experience in PV industry.
- Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-pace environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, including customer, driving internal and external forces to reach and overachieve assigned sales targets.
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- French and English fluent are mandatory.
