- Developing further the understanding of milk properties and its constituents in a variety of dairy products (milk ; cheese ; ...) as well as during processes,
- Scouting for new-to-market solutions (product & technology) that can add value to dairy products from a sensory, functional or nutritional point of view.
- Minimum Masters Degree in Food Science or Biochemistry and an experience in research of 5-7 years, in the dairy preferably.
- You have excellent communication skills to embark a big diversity of stakeholders in our innovation journey.
- Your English is fluent.
- You demonstrate a passion for food products and are open-minded.
