As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a:Customer Success Engineer – Hardware Security (M/F)
PERMANENT POSTITION - BORDEAUX (33) OR FULL REMOTE - €55KAs a specialist in side-channel attacks, you will serve as the technical point of contact and liaise with global clients to present the company’s solutions. You will engage directly with clients from the pre-sales phase through to training and technical support. You will also contribute to promoting the company’s solutions at events and provide strategic field feedback to inform product development.Your responsibilities will include:Managing pre-sales activities with potential clients: qualification, demonstrations, proof of concept, and training.Providing pre-sales technical support by addressing client questions and assisting them in using the platforms.Gathering and relaying client needs to improve products.Participating in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the platform and network with industry stakeholders. You will be required to travel to meet clients and understand their needs (2-3 business trips per quarter).Contributing to short-term hardware security evaluation projects (defensive/offensive) and drafting technical reports for clients.Profile descriptionYou possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and present persuasively.
