He/she is responsible for ordering the parts required for repairs.Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Planning - Receive requests for assistance from internal and external stakeholders (customers, operational teams, etc.) via all types of channels (telephone, e-mail, business tools, etc.) - Supporting and advising stakeholders on their requests interventions - Leading and coordinating itinerant operational teams within its perimeter - Open and track intervention files for each request in the tool business - Plan interventions (estimates, authorizations, customer satisfaction, etc.) in the business tool, on the basis of internal and external customer intervention conditions, in compliance with working time regulations - Communicate changes in work schedules to internal and external stakeholders (customers, operational teams, etc.) and reschedule if necessary - Process orders for parts and equipment required for interventions and follow up on external orders - Plan and organize, where necessary, periodic general safety inspections of equipment within its scope, in collaboration with internal stakeholders Administrative management - Allocate supplier invoices to service providers - Ensure receipt of all necessary documents before scheduling work (signed quotation, purchase order, etc.). - Read and process intervention reports to validate closure - Invoice repair orders Warranty - Compile warranty documentation for warranty claims, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (technical teams, warranty, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Guaranteeing the conformity, quality and timeliness of intervention planning - Ensure the creation and follow-up of intervention files in the tool business - Responsible for ordering parts and equipment required for operations - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Bac to Bac +2 level in an administrative, logistics or technical field and/or significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - General administrative knowledge (planning, order management, etc.) - Basic technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.) - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems Intermediate level in English (B1) Behavioral skill(s) - Interpersonal skills - Thoroughness - Organization - Responsiveness - Active listening - Adaptability
