CompanyRENAULT s.a.s.Job DescriptionVersion françaisePourquoi nous rejoindre ?Au cœur de Renault Group Procurement, basé au sein des équipes centrales sur le site du Technocentre à Guyancourt, le candidat sera rattaché à la Direction des Achats Indirects.En tant qu’Acheteur Expert Bâtiment et Travaux, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans l’optimisation des achats liés aux travaux et aux projets de construction (gros œuvre, second œuvre, génie civil, VRD, corps d’état techniques et architecturaux). Vous aurez pour mission d’acquérir aux meilleures conditions les biens et services nécessaires à la satisfaction des besoins des établissements et usines du Groupe Renault.Sur un budget de plusieurs dizaines de millions d’Euros, vous développerez des panels fournisseurs et des stratégies Achats pour assurer des acquisitions avec la meilleure performance QCDDM (Qualité, Coût, Délai, Développement, Management).Le poste est basé à Guyancourt (78), avec la possibilité de télétravailler jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine. Quelques déplacements à prévoir sur les sites du Groupe Renault et des fournisseursMissions :
  • Mettre en œuvre la politique et les objectifs de la Direction des Achats Indirects
  • Contribuer au développement de la performance économique, environnementale et sociale des Achats tout en veillant au respect des règles en vigueur
  • Assurer la veille technique, stratégique, innovation et règlementaire du secteur Bâtiment et Travaux
  • Mener des benchmarks et analyses des marchés
  • Elaborer les stratégies Achats Bâtiment et Travaux en fonction des projets en cours et à venir
  • Construire et suivre ses panels de fournisseurs notamment en terme de qualité et de performance
  • Comprendre le besoin technique et analyser de manière constructive les cahiers des charges en matière de travaux (neufs ou de rénovation)
  • Participer à la formalisation technico-économique des appels d’offres
  • Analyser les offres et les négocier en collaboration avec les équipes projets internes
  • Participer avec le support du département juridique à la rédaction des contrats ou marchés de travaux
  • Suivre les engagements contractuels tout au long de la réalisation des travaux avec les équipes projets internes
Compétences pour réussir au poste :
  • Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur et d’une spécialisation achats et/ou BTP
  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience technique et achats dans les domaines construction, bâtiment, travaux
  • Une très bonne connaissance des métiers du bâtiment, des techniques de construction et des marchés de travaux
  • Rigoureux et méthodique, vous savez faire preuve d'autonomie, de pragmatisme et de souplesse
  • Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes à l'aise dans une relation client/fournisseur ainsi qu'en équipe
  • Vous avez l'expérience de la négociation avec un esprit orienté résultats
  • Vous avez la capacité à analyser les coûts et à optimiser les dépenses en lien avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Anglais courant

Your mission will be to acquire under the best conditions the goods and services necessary to meet the needs of the offices and factories of the Renault Group.On a budget of several tens of millions of Euros, you will develop supplier panels and Purchasing strategies to ensure acquisitions with the best QCDDM performance (Quality, Cost, Time, Development, Management).The position is based in Guyancourt (78), with 2 days of remote work per week. Some trips to different Renault Group or suppliers sites are expected.Missions:
  • Implement the policy and objectives of the Indirect Purchasing Department
  • Contribute to the development of the economic, environmental and social performance of Purchasing while ensuring compliance with the rules in force
  • Ensure the technical, strategic, innovation and regulatory monitoring of the Building and Works sector
  • Conduct benchmarks and market analyses
  • Develop the Building and Works Procurement strategies based on current and future projects
  • Build and monitor its supplier panels, particularly in terms of quality and performance
  • Understand the technical need and constructively analyze the specifications for work (new or renovation)
  • Participate in the technical and economic formalization of calls for tenders
  • Analyze offers and negotiate them in collaboration with internal project teams
  • Participate with the support of the legal department in drafting contracts or work contracts
  • Follow contractual commitments throughout the completion of work with internal project teams
Skills required :
  • Holder of an engineering degree and a specialization in purchasing and/or construction
  • Minimum 6 years of technical and purchasing experience in the fields of construction, building, works
  • A very good knowledge of building trades, construction techniques and works contracts
  • Rigorous and methodical, you know how to demonstrate autonomy, pragmatism, and flexibility
  • Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you are comfortable in a client/supplier relationship as well as in a team environment
  • You have experience in negotiation with a results-oriented mindset
  • You have the ability to analyze costs and optimize expenses in line with the company’s objectives
  • Fluent French
