Introduction:JOIN US! We seek an International Accounting Manager to join our SymphonyAI Retail team, based in Nantes, France.As the International Accounting Manager, you will oversee and coordinate international accounting and financial activities across some of SymphonyAI Retail's global operations. Your role is essential in managing the closing operations, partnering with external auditors, and improving financial processes. Experience with French, Spanish, and Moroccan accounts is crucial for this position. Job Description:What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and coordinate international accounting and financial activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, including French GAAP, and align with international accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural accounting team across multiple countries to foster effective communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Partner with external auditors for annual audits, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial and accounting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including prior work in an audit firm.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of French GAAP and international accounting practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and IT tools, with experience in Oracle NetSuite being a plus.
  • Regional Experience: Experience managing French, Spanish, and Moroccan accounts.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with strong communication skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
