- Manage strategic initiatives: handle global agreements, roadmap discussions, and platform-specific strategic initiatives to secure early access to beta programs, product roadmaps, and high-level support.
- Stay ahead on platform knowledge: monitor each platform's media consumption insights, feature releases, and regional nuances to inform internal teams and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate partner engagements: organize regular business reviews and innovation workshops with media partners to foster alignment and surface growth opportunities.
- Drive social media strategy: lead the group-wide organic social media strategy, defining the overall framework, KPIs, and governance across markets and platforms.
- Enable local social teams: ensure local teams have the tools, guidance, and support to operate efficiently and consistently across all channels.
- Share social best practices: consolidate and disseminate learnings, methodologies, and successful approaches across countries to elevate group-wide performance.
- Spot creative opportunities: identify new ad formats and features with strong branding potential and coordinate testing efforts across markets.
- Support creative experimentation: help acquisition teams build and iterate on high-impact creative concepts, from early ideation to A/B testing.
- Champion creative & media excellence: act as the central relay for creative best practices, feedback loops, platform insights, and success stories.
- You have 7+ years of experience in media strategy, social media or digital marketing
- You have a strong understanding of both paid and organic social ecosystems
- You are experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- You are creative, organized and always looking for ways to elevate the impact of media
- You've worked closely with Meta, Google, Snapchat or TikTok and understand how to unlock value from these partnerships
- You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international environment
