
Account Manager – Manufacture sector

- Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
- Hunting new accounts in the manufacture industry, promote Huawei solution to customer
- Maintain customer relation and satisfaction
- Basic knowledge on ICT solution
- Knowledge in informatic/telecom industry
- Knowledge on direct sales activities
- Strong capacity on customer relationship management
- French & English speaking
- Strong teamwork capacity, able to drive a team to work in the project
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in client management, mainly in manufacture domain
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiation, target oriented, presentation and communication skills
- Experience in key account management and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
