With just a QR code, customers pay in 10 seconds, and restaurants turn tables faster, get more tips for staff, and collect precious data.We are live in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK and France with ambitious plans to scale even faster.💼 About the RoleWe’re looking for a Global Revenue Engineering Lead to own and evolve our core business systems (CRM, Billing, CRM Data Model), while supporting process excellence and enablement initiatives across Revenue Teams (Sales, Account Management and Customer Operations) by Global RevOps Team.You will architect, optimize and scale sunday’s systems to support high growth, ensuring seamless integration with our product and robust data structures that fuel our strategic decisions.This role is also expected to grow into a management role quickly, with 2-3 direct reports under your leadership.🔥 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Projects & Scale Revenue Operations: Take the lead on cross-functional initiatives to integrate CRM and billing systems with sunday’s product and operational stack. You'll anticipate challenges by defining scalable processes and playbooks for our global teams.
  • Own CRM & Related Automation Architecture: Own sunday’s Salesforce CRM end-to-end, including administration, governance, and continuous improvement. You'll design and maintain the automated flows and integrations between our CRM and the wider tech stack.
  • Drive Quote-to-Cash & Billing Operations: Own the evolution of our quote-to-cash system and oversee billing operations across all revenue streams. Your goal is to continuously improve billing workflows to maximize automation, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Evolve & Monitor the Revenue Data Ecosystem: Ensure the consistency and accuracy of revenue data across Salesforce CRM and the BigQuery Data Warehouse. You will structure our CRM data architecture to enable actionable insights and communications.
  • Build & Coach a High-Performing Team: Hire and mentor 2 RevOps system specialists to support execution and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
😊 About You
  • You have 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Systems Management, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up.
  • You're a Salesforce CRM expert with solid admin and configuration skills, and you have a deep understanding of quote-to-cash systems.
  • You're a pro at structuring and governing data pipelines in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • You're comfortable managing tool ecosystems, like marketing automation, sales engagement, and billing platforms.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to be close to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • You're an excellent communicator in English and can align various stakeholders, from Sales to Finance and Tech, to drive projects to completion.
