- Lead, mentor, and develop geographically dispersed sales leaders and teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability (Conversion and enrollments).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and insights generation/collaboration.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new opportunities and drive adjustments in existing action plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and behaviors to optimize results.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with regional leaders and clients.
- Navigate cultural nuances to ensure effective communication and team synergy.
- Coordinate with Training, CI/Quality, and operations teams to support all sales efforts.
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Deliver accurate reporting and forecast of conversion goals as well as enrollment targets at different levels and periods.
- Use CRM tools and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure program, client and corporate policies.
- Mitigate risks associated with sales operations and incentives initiated.
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing international teams in the BPO industry.
- Proven success in sales or enterprise sales across the BPO industry.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and payer/provider dynamics.
- Familiarity with medication adherence, member engagement, and other health solutions.
