- Track online consumer conversations and carry out quantitative-qualitative analyses on a range of ad-hoc topics (brands, products, trends, celebrities) using our internal listening tools.
- Ensure the enhancement of these tools and support other departments in using them, in partnership with the digital teams and our partners.
- Monitor social data reports delivered by our agencies, including prior alignment with the marketing and CMI teams as well as sending them to the Coty teams.
- Create regular newsletters on social media trends and conversations.
- Monitor trends in the beauty industry and the digital environment.
- Provide input on advocacy topics.
- Student in 4th or 5th year of Master.
- Comfortable with semantic queries and the Boolean language.
- Have a strong sense of organization and prioritization.
- Approach data with a critical eye.
- Be proactive in suggesting new tools or processes.
- Strong interest in the world of beauty, social networks and more generally in the Internet universe.
- Fluent in French and English.
- German, Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
