- Organisation des voyages de l’équipe et support à la gestion des notes de frais
- Participation aux réunions de services, prises de notes et relevés/suivis d’actions
- Gestion des envois express
- SAP : aide à l’élaboration et suivi des budgets, créations et réceptions des commandes dans l’outil .
- Commandes de fournitures pour la direction Operations & Procurement : anticiper le besoin et gérer les stocks.
- Gestion des nouveaux arrivants : organisation de leur arrivée : création des comptes nécessaires à la fonction, inscriptions aux formations adéquates, …
- Participation à la vie du service.
- Support à l’organisation de événements
- Second point focal informatique
- Préparation d'un diplôme de type BTS assistant de manager
- Bon niveau d'anglais (conversation et rédaction)
- Notions d'italien ( idéalement)

- Managing the diary of the Director (setting up, coordinating, managing priorities)
- Organising the team's travel and helping to manage expense accounts
- Taking part in departmental meetings, note-taking and action reporting/monitoring
- Managing express mail
- SAP: helping to draw up and monitor budgets, creating and receiving orders in the tool.
- Ordering supplies for the Operations & Procurement department: anticipating needs and managing stocks.
- Managing new arrivals: organising their arrival: creating the accounts required for the position, registering for the appropriate training courses, etc.
- Participating in the life of the department.
- Helping to organise events
- Second IT focal point
- Preparation for a diploma such as BTS assistant manager
- Good level of English (conversation and writing)
- Some knowledge of Italian (ideally)
