Job Category: Communication & Public AffairsJob Description:As a member of the Corporate Communications division of the Group Communications team (which also includes web, graphic design, audiovisual, internal communications, and PR professionals) the Corporate Communication Apprentice will be responsible for supporting the editorial and social media strategy to strengthen the Group's online presence, increase awareness of the brand among potential job applicants, and strength credibility and reputation for business expertise among clients.In this role, the Corporate Communications Apprentice will work closely with diverse teams throughout the Group, including Marketing and business teams.In this role, the Corporate Communications Apprentice will be heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the Group's social media platforms, including creating written, graphic, video, and other content; managing and publishing upcoming content with our editorial management platform (Sprout Social); conducting research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and media coverage and monitor; and monitoring KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of communication campaigns and strategies.Focus: Strategic social media execution, long-term editorial planning, corporate reporting, and coss-department collaboration.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Social Media -Design & Thought Leadership
  • Manage the design and multimedia aspect of corporate communications:
  • Create graphics, carousels, and short videos for LinkedIn thought leadership and corporate updates.
  • Support Instagram content when advanced design or video editing is needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Write, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts (corporate, business updates, thought leadership).
  • Track and analyze LinkedIn performance monthly and report insights.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and prepare a monthly trend and competitor benchmark report.
Design & Video Production
  • Create and edit videos using PlayPlay or Canva for campaigns, events, and employer branding.
  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns (both internal and external) in alignment with Corporate Communications strategy.
  • Support design needs for the Activity Report and other editorial publications.
Editorial & Strategic Content
  • Contribute to the writing and editing of the annual Activity Report and other corporate publications.
  • Conduct interviews with leaders (business, HR, experts) for editorial pieces and thought leadership posts.
  • Support SCOR Live Sessions (LinkedIn Live) by creating promotional graphics, teaser videos, and recap content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and business teams to deliver high-quality visual and multimedia content.
  • Participate in broader communications strategy discussions and contribute creative solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the Audiovisual Producer and Graphic Designer with additional projects as
neededShared Apprentice Team Responsibilities:
  • Write a monthly overview of social media performance (jointly produced, covering LinkedIn + Instagram) with key takeaways, trends, and improvement suggestions.
  • Participate in weekly social media editorial meetings.
  • Ensure coordination between event-driven content and thought leadership content to maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Provide backup support for each other's focus area when needed (e.g., Event apprentice helps with visuals; Design apprentice helps with event promotion).
Qualifications:Qualifications:
  • Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills are
essential; an understanding of French is a plus (team meetings are sometimes held in
