Véritable soutien opérationnel, vous assurez l’entretien courant, les réparations et les petits travaux nécessaires au maintien en bon état de nos infrastructures (bureaux, ateliers, espaces communs, extérieurs…).Autonome, polyvalent(e) et réactif(ve), vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité de vie au travail et la sécurité des occupants.Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSEBased on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the maintenance agent carries out upkeep and maintenance operations on the premises within his/her scope.
He/she contributes to the management and monitoring of the vehicle fleet within his/her perimeter.Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Maintenance and servicing - Carry out inspections of premises within its perimeter and identify non- compliances - Carry out or arrange for the maintenance and upkeep of the premises (electricity, locksmithing, cleaning, etc.) - Carry out handling operations within its scope (removals, archives, etc.) - Identify and place orders for parts or services required for the work - Set up, monitor and optimize service contracts within its scope - Manage relations with service providers and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (services, invoicing, etc.) - Report on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) - Manage mail within its scope (sorting, distribution, dispatch, etc.) - Run errands within its scope (banks, public bodies, etc.) - Manage employee access to premises (badges, etc.) Vehicle fleet - Return vehicles within its scope - Organize andmonitor the expertise of vehicles at of returns (re-invoicing to leasing company, etc.) within its perimeter - Manage and process parking ticket notices for the fleet within its scope - Obtain claims reports from stakeholders - Declare and track claims with insurance brokers - Contribute to the recording and tracking of vehicle reconditioning costs within its scope. - Ensure that vehicles within its scope are reconditioned - Monitor and update fleet data in the business tool RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Contribute to premises compliance - Ensure compliance and deadlines for maintenance and upkeep of premises - Contribute to the management of the vehicle fleet within its perimeter - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, etc.) - Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, etc.) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in a technical field and/or 2 years' significant experience preferred Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - Professional technical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems Behavioral skill(s) - Interpersonal skills - Adaptability - Responsiveness - Rigor
