
Project Configuration and Change Manager (F/H)

- Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program
- Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
- Creates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations
- Verifies and releases components that will be considered as Configuration items
- Ensures Supplier Configuration Management incl. CM requirement negotiation.
- Monitors the CM process and Configuration Status including reporting
- Manages the Change Boards
- Ensures the "end-to-end" traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and/ or Target Configuration
- Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline
- Reports CCM process performance (KPIs) and derivates and manages actions
- Ensures the necessary Configuration and Change Management tools are in place including all interfaces (e.g. Partners)
- Supports analyzing, reviewing and maintaining CCM related risks and opportunities
- Ensures that physical and functional CCM audits are performed
- Ensures configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (e.g. customer, supplier, partner)
- Graduate of University Degree in any of Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or equivalent - desirable
- 5 years experience in Configuration & Change management expected
- Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes
- Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Industrialization
- Experiences in working in an international environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Fluent French language skills

- Functional team management skills
- Knowledge of the Alstom standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.) - desirable
