- Own the full lifecycle of intelligent agent design: You’ll work on everything from prompt orchestration and context handling to tool integration, validation, and real-world deployment, all with resilience, traceability, and observability built in.

- Build with cutting-edge tech: Work with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph in Python, using agent planning loops, prompt orchestration, and tool APIs to enable robust AI behaviour.
- Tackle multifaceted challenges: From legal and compliance considerations to observability and cost-efficiency, you’ll design for real-world constraints in a dynamic, global environment.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 1 year working directly with LLMs or AI infrastructure.
- Experience building with LLMs or using frameworks like LangChain.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent planning loops, and tool integration (APIs, plugins).
- Intermediate Knowledge in Go (knowledge in Java is also appreciated).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English.
