Learn moreWhat can we do together?The Technology Consultant Apprentice will be part of a multi discipline team that is responsible for the quality, magnitude, and effectiveness of the Managed Print Services contractual relationships between the company and the customer. The Managed Services team cooperates in building effective services & solutions for its strategic accounts including the design of a fleet, design of the solution infrastructure, the provisioning of the hardware & software, the financing of the leasing, the fleet deployment, supply of toner cartridges, the maintenance and the customer reporting.As a Technology Consultant Apprentice, you will :Be responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.Understand several HP technologies in order to provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements.Tasks may include performing systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.Work under supervision of technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.Act professionally with HP customers.Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.Understand HP's strategyParticipate in chosen technical community or profession, and regularly attends profession or community of interest events.Who you are?Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or other related Majors.Software programming and Network architecture & Security area of study is preferred.Experience working in a virtual team is a +Has sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables.Able to communicate concepts within team, peers, external solution partners and customers.Able to produce basic documentation to required standards.Able to technically document specific customer infrastructure solution situations.Able to organize and animate a project plan and status review with customer.Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.Demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge.Has proficient English technical documentation capabilities while generating technical summaries including software and technical issues.Fluent in English and French.Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
