RINA is looking for an Oil & Gas senior subsea design engineer with specific experience in design of flexible subsea equipment. The engineer will be part of an engineering review team working in Paris for one year. Main tasks will be:
  • Review detail design engineering documents provided by subcontractors relevant to deepwater flexible riser, flowline and relevant auxiliary equipment, and provide comments
  • ensure that detail design meets design standards and specifications, international standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost;
  • support and expedite the resolution of technical interfaces with other Work Packages
  • Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces are correctly managed by the contractor;
  • Resolve ongoing technical issues concerning all technical aspects of the Work Package;
  • Monitor and report technical progress to the RFI Engineering Coordinator.
A background in subsea detail engineering design with focus on flexible risers and flowlines, and overall experience of 10 years is necessary to fulfill the role.The position will be permanently based in Paris at subcontractor's premises, and the duration is expected to be 1 year minimum.Applicants must have right to work in a permanent position in EU, we are unable to sponsor work visa for this position.#LI-FM1
