Global Associate Brand Manager – Little Nightmares

- Support to define and carry out the brand strategy across worldwide territories, ensuring that it is pertinent and applicable to all global and regional offices
- Team up with Global Producers to form a 360° team to follow and shape the game’s development process according to marketability’s best practice
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing support teams (PR, digital, Social Media, CRM, Event, Licensing, Channel marketing, Web, e-commerce, Operations, etc.) to integrate their expertise within the overall strategy at all stages
- Ensure optimal project coordination throughout internal teams (dev team, Production, BNEE Go-To-Market, Sales, Printed Materials…), regional Product Managers from other Bandai Namco groups (BNEI, BNEA and BNE Asia), PR / Social Media, Digital Marketing, 1 parties, licensors, etc. to maximize the brand awareness and sales
- Develop creative assets in cooperation with the developers and creative agencies, including key art, logo, icons, banners, trailers, media advertising, screenshots, renders, social media assets, website, etc.
- Create and manage internal coordination tools (assets calendar, pre-order follow-up…) to meet all Marketing & Communication milestones
- Support the creation and maintenance of presentation decks at different phases of the project’s life cycle towards various committees (Global Marketing Meetings, Publishing Committee, Editorial Committee, etc.)
- Work with the PR & Event team to define the Event strategy and execution
- Collaborate with the Global Transmedia Manager, Licensing Department & BNEE e-store to maximize the brand exposure and Secure partnerships with external licensees
- Significant and proven experience (3+ years) within a Marketing department in the entertainment business
- Product marketing experience preferably within a multi-national, multi-brand company
- Very good knowledge of marketing principles & tools
- Outstanding knowledge of the videogame and entertainment industry
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Abode Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere is a plus
- Excellent organization and time management ability
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
